AI has been a big focus this week with some interesting discoveries, mixed in with some laughter (at “Dachshund in a bikini on a beach with a cocktail”), with an overarching feeling of dread of what is to come.

Choir was another good one this week, we’re into the weeds now, correcting little areas and really focusing on getting a good “blend”.

D and I went out to see Pam Ann this week, as usual, a hilarious treat. We got to spend time with people we haven’t seen in a while too so that was welcome. We’ve been playing a lot of “Hogwarts: Legacy” too, with me taking the reins more often than not as the combat was getting too difficult for D (plus there are lots of spiders, something he’s not keen on at all).

Thankfully I got to watch the F1 in peace this weekend, and was delighted that qualifying was so close, save the now-standard performance of Red Bull. Seeing Alonso back at the top of the timing sheets is something I remember as a young boy watching F1 with my late grandfather.

Work has been busy but very rewarding this week. I’ve also booked my second visit to London, so that will be nice to get into a rhythm of seeing my colleagues in person!

D is starting on his project in the MCR house garden. The decking arrived this week and friends of ours who are landscapers are doing the majority of the work, with D in his usual role of Art Director. The usual project based hiccups were resolved this weekend, so everyone should be able to get on with things without too much fuss in the coming weeks.

In summary:

  • AI;
  • Pam Ann;
  • New F1 season;
  • Lots of work around new Terraform;
  • MCR garden project started in earnest.
